NEW Paint & Upholstery. Ready to Show and Tour! AACA Award Winner!
Recognized as a Full Classic by the Classic Car Club of America.
A rare car, CCCA recognizes 1935 as the last year that all models of Cadillac's were considered Full Classics. Model year production- 1,859.
Previous owner bought in 1970 and had a frame off restoration over a span of 35 years, leaving it nearly complete upon his death in 2013. This car was literally only driven once around the block in the past 50 years. We worked on a few basic issues to get her running beautifully. With its original engine, the entire car was restored as original.
A copy of the original Cadillac "Build Sheet" is available and shows this car came equipped with options such as the Adjustable Steering Column, 5 Wire Wheels and the Goddess Radiator Ornament. Includes factory installed adjustable rear shocks, and a headlight passing switch! Accessories include radio and heater. Standard equipped with windows pull shades, blanket rail, hand pulls, 3 "cats eye" cigar lighters. This is a luxury car.
It was shipped to the Philadelphia Cadillac dealership January 10, 1935, and then spent more than half its life in Georgia, before its recent relocation to Florida. Originally sold in 1935 for $2645.00

Radiator Shell 1924 or older v-8 engine. Its dirty, but not corroded/rusted. The white powder is from the concrete wall it has been leaning on. I think the radiator is good. There don't appear to be any cracks in the shroud. $600

FOR SALE 1929 Peerless, Model 6-61, 4 door Sedan, VIN- C617915. purchased the Peerless 3/9/1994. I had it painted to protect the base metal, the paint was pretty worn, I would say the paint job was fairly good. The Interior looks original except for the carpet, all the gages work well except the gas gage is intermittent at under 1/2 tank. The chrome seems to be good. I have driven the Peerless every summer including 2014. The car starts very well and runs and drives well. It passes NY State Safety Inspection each year without a problem. The windshield wiper is not hooked up, works manually only. The hydraulic brakes were completely rebuilt professionally including master cylinder and 4 wheel cylinders, new brake lines were installed. The mechanical fuel pump was replaced with an electric fuel pump before I owned it. I have found this to be a very reliable car, it has not let me down yet though I doubt that I have driven it more than 2000 miles. I also have some spare parts, Peerless tools and handbooks.
